For the first time after centuries, a vicious ghoul is able to flee from the biggest non-ordinary human facilities in New York. This facilities has their famous tagline, "Guarantee that the non-ordinary human can blend in society like a normal humans."
The vicious ghoul who fled is said to be a teenage girl, around 16 to 18 years old, slender body type with fair skin, and also having an unnatural dark hair and eyes (picture attached).
Any normal human is suggested not engaging with this creature and reported it to the government immediately.

WHAT ARE GHOULS?

Ghouls, or roughly translate to eater species, are carnivorous and cannibalistic humanoid species that are only able to feed on the flesh of human and other ghouls. They are as close as to human as possible: they normally display the same attributes; the same physical appearance and intelligence as a human with the main exception being their inner biology, mentality, and diet.

Kakuja	A Kakuja (赫者, red one) is a kind of ghoul with a transformed kagune that clads the ghoul's body. Though it is rare, it can occur through repeated cannibalism. When a ward has a higher ghoul to human ratio, cannibalism is more common due to turf wars and limited food supply. In Shannon case, she was a kakuja from the very beginning despite never doing cannibalism. Her kakuja state can be occured because of her ancestors doing excessive cannibalism in the past and the powerful RC of Shannon is descended from them. Shannon kagune is an ukaku type. She has two vermillion wings that can shot blades and bullets, formed on her shoulders. She can also use her ukaku kagune in koukaku manners by hardening her RC gas. In her kakuja state, she also formed an armor resembling a chain mail because of her imagination of protecting herself.
Superhuman Quality	Because of the treatments she got from the rehabilitation facilities, Shannon formed a superhuman quality, such as faster regeneration than normal ghoul, much more durability (proved by being undisturbed by fatal damage) and high pain tolerance than most ghoul, also casually move faster than average ghoul when fighting.
